Hey, my name is Ella Rhoads
I was drawn to photography for the same reason some people are drawn to stories—because a single moment can hold an entire world. What began as a fascination with storytelling has grown into my way of preserving the quiet, fleeting, emotional moments of life. My work, moody, authentic, and cinematic, is shaped by a deep desire to make you feel something the moment you look at an image.
I’m based in Central Ohio, with parts of my heart rooted in the hills of southeastern Kentucky. Whether I'm wandering open fields, the streets of downtown or a quiet park, I approach every session with the same intention—to create connection. I want my work to feel like a memory you’ve lived, even if you’re seeing it for the first time.
My camera is simply the tool I use to bottle emotion, preserve the honesty of a moment, and create the stories that make us human. I hope that when you see my images, you feel an instant closeness—like stepping into a scene you somehow already know.

My Ministry
I view my photography as more than a business—it's a ministry. My faith shapes the way I see the world, guiding me to capture people and moments in the authentic way God created them to be. I hope that in every interaction, every conversation, and every quiet in–between moment, the light of Christ shines through naturally. For me, connection isn’t just part of the job; it’s a way to love people well and reflect His heart through the work I create.
